I am so glad to finally be sharing this session! This took place at Bain Park in Fairview Park and it was just beautiful. As a Cleveland maternity photographer I am always looking forward to capturing families in new locations around the area – and Bain Park did not disappoint for one second. The light coming through the trees was absolutely gorgeous!

Cleveland Maternity Photographer – Maternity Can Also Mean Family!

One thing I think is so important for expecting parents to know is that a maternity photography session does not mean you can only include Mom! Some people even think a maternity session should just be the Mama alone. I really disagree with this! I think it is so important to include everyone in a maternity session. Sometimes this does just mean a couple for their first child. But if you have other children they should absolutely come along and be a part of it! I love having everyone together and it only adds to the story being told. As a Cleveland maternity photographer documenting the whole family during this special season is one of my favorite things to do!

This Family and Maternity Lifestyle Session

I really loved my time with this family. It was my first time meeting them and they were just wonderful. Even though their little guy was pretty shy in the beginning he became more comfortable as we went on – and we even got some big smiles and laughs out of him too! Typically I would get some shots of just Mom and Dad together but he wanted to stick close to them the whole time and honestly I loved it. You can still see how beautiful they are together! This Mama is absolutely glowing and I adored every single shot of her and her son. There were so many beautiful images of all three of them as well. The light coming through the trees at Bain Park was just perfect – one of those evenings where everything just works!
