Cleveland family photography at Alison Nicole Photography is not about stiff poses in matching outfits in front of a plain backdrop. It is about capturing your family exactly as you are right now - the laughter, the silliness, the in-between moments, the real stuff. Because that is what you are actually going to want to look back on. Families of all kinds including multigenerational sessions - whatever your crew looks like, I want to document it. Whether you want golden hour outdoors, a relaxed session in your own backyard, or a cozy in-home session where the kids can just be kids - I am here for all of it. And remember - these images are not just for you. They are for them too. Let me give you images that feel like home - the kind you will look back on and treasure for the rest of your life.

From the very beginning I will work with you on location, timing, and what to wear so that everything feels like YOU and not like a generic photo session. My approach with families is simple - I am not here to direct every move or tell your kids to smile. I am here to document what is already there. The running, the jumping, the wrestling, the chaos - that is the good stuff and I am ready for all of it. When session day arrives the goal is that everyone feels relaxed and free to just be themselves. Kids included. Especially kids. These are the photos that become heirlooms.

Cleveland and the surrounding area have so many beautiful spots for family sessions - from parks and nature preserves to neighborhood streets, urban areas, backyards, lakefront spots, and everywhere in between.
